Toad
Toad is a character and a loyal attendant to Princess Peach in the Super Mario Bros. franchise, first appearing in 1985's Super Mario Bros. for the NES. He is a member of the Toad species, a collective of look-alike mushroom people who inhabit the Mushroom Kingdom, though he is also recognized as a distinct individual character.
