The Grinch
The Grinch is a fictional character created by Dr. Seuss, first appearing in the 1957 book How the Grinch Stole Christmas! He is a green, furry, pear-shaped creature with a pot-bellied build and a cynical personality, living in isolation on Mount Crumpit overlooking the cheerful town of Whoville. Known for his deep-seated hatred of Christmas, the Grinch despises the holiday's noise, festivities, and the joy of the Whos, whom he views as annoying and materialistic.
