Timothy Tiberius “Timmy” Turner is the central character of The Fairly OddParents and one of the two lead protagonists, alongside Jimmy Neutron, in the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour trilogy. After enduring an unhappy childhood marked by neglect from his parents and torment from figures like his cruel babysitter Vicky and his obsessive teacher Mr. Crocker, Timmy is assigned fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda. Throughout the series, he regularly makes wishes that Cosmo and Wanda—and later their son, Poof—attempt to fulfill, though Timmy often fails to consider the unintended consequences of his wishes.

Tootie is the younger sister of Timmy Turner's evil babysitter, Vicky, and a recurring character in The Fairly OddParents, known for her obsessive, unrequited crush on Timmy, which often manifests in stalking and harassment, particularly in seasons 6 and 7 where her character became more extreme and less sympathetic. Originally portrayed as a nerdy, kind-hearted girl with a quirky personality and iconic cat-eye glasses, she was voiced by Amber Hood in the pilot and Grey DeLisle for the main series, and later portrayed by Daniella Monet in the live-action films.
