Scarlet Overkill
Scarlet Overkill is the main antagonist of Illumination's film Minions and a minor character in Despicable Me 4. She is a stylish, ambitious, and powerful criminal mastermind who aims to dominate Britain and is determined to steal Queen Elizabeth II's crown to overthrow her. Voiced by Sandra Bullock in the English version and Marion Cotillard in the French version, Scarlet is known for her villainous plans and interactions with the Minions, including her former employees Kevin, Bob, and Stuart. She is also the wife of Herb Overkill and is portrayed as a supervillain who uses threats and manipulation to achieve her goals.
