Sarah (Sarah & Duck)
Sarah is a kind, polite, and curious 7-year-old girl with big eyes, rosy cheeks, and a distinctive green hat, who lives in a small town with her best friend, a quacky and slightly manic mallard duck named Duck. She is known for her imaginative approach to everyday life, often turning simple activities into exciting adventures, whether it's planting seeds, baking a cake, visiting the zoo, or helping a friend who seems sad. Sarah enjoys playing her tuba, drinking lemon water, watching sea cows (manatees), and spending time on the park bench. Her adventures, narrated by Roger Allam, emphasize themes of friendship, imagination, problem-solving, and empathy, showcasing her caring nature and open-mindedness toward both people and inanimate objects.
