Rambo
John Rambo is a fictional character and the protagonist of the Rambo film series, originally created by author David Morrell in the 1972 novel First Blood. He is a Vietnam War veteran and former U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret, portrayed by Sylvester Stallone in all five films. Rambo is depicted as a highly skilled soldier with expertise in guerrilla warfare, hand-to-hand combat, and survival tactics, but he suffers from severe post-traumatic stress disorder due to his wartime experiences and the rejection he faced upon returning home. Though he seeks a peaceful life, he is repeatedly drawn into violent conflicts to protect the innocent, often acting as a lone wolf who uses extreme force to confront injustice.
