Mustafa (Austin Powers)
Mustafa is a Turkish henchman of Dr. Evil, portrayed by Will Ferrell, who appears in the first two Austin Powers films. He is known for his red fez and his role as Dr. Evil's weapons designer, taking credit for constructing the cryogenic chamber and the trap fire pit. A defining trait of Mustafa is his inability to resist answering a question after it has been asked three times in a row, a quirk that becomes central to his interrogation by Austin Powers and Felicity Shagwell.
