Mr. Frond
Phillip Frond is the guidance counselor and health science teacher at Wagstaff School, known for his overzealous, often misguided, and overly enthusiastic approach to school administration and student counseling. Voiced by David Herman, Frond is a nervous, well-intentioned but perpetually flustered figure who frequently employs unconventional methods such as therapy puppets, musical numbers, and arts and crafts like knitting to address student issues.
