John "Bluto" Blutarsky, portrayed by John Belushi in the 1978 film National Lampoon's Animal House, is a 7.0 GPA (actually 0.0) seventh-year college student and the chaotic protagonist of the Delta Tau Chi fraternity. Defined by his drunken, dimwitted, and rude party-animal persona, he is famous for instigating wild antics such as the "Toga! Toga!" party, a massive cafeteria food fight, and a historically inaccurate motivational speech.
