Front Man (Squid Game)
Hwang In-ho, portrayed by Lee Byung-hun, serves as the primary antagonist of Netflix's Squid Game series under the moniker Front Man. As the enigmatic orchestrator of the lethal Squid Game competition, he oversees 456 impoverished contestants vying for a substantial cash prize through deadly childlike games. Initially appearing incognito in black attire, Hwang is subsequently exposed to be a former police officer who emerged victorious in the 2015 tournament and vanished to assume his current role. Strict and ruthless, Hwang executes transgressors and maintains order during the games. In Squid Game Season 2, he disguises himself as a contestant, adopting the persona of Player 001 with an alias 'Oh Young-Il' to manipulate events and counter Seong Gi-hun's endeavors.
