Cousin It (1991)
In the 1991 film The Addams Family, Cousin Itt (spelled "Cousin It") is portrayed as a diminutive, fully hair-covered relative of the Addams family, known for his high-pitched, unintelligible speech and signature derby hat and sunglasses. Played and voiced by John Franklin, Itt becomes infatuated with Margaret Alford, the mistreated wife of the corrupt lawyer Tully Alford, and asks her to dance at a party, marking the beginning of their romantic relationship. By the end of the film, after Tully is buried alive, Itt and Margaret begin dating, later marrying and having a child named "What"—a miniature version of Itt—highlighting his integration into the eccentric family dynamic.
