Colonel Stars and Stripes

Colonel Stars and Stripes (real name Sal Bertolinni) is a major protagonist in the film Kick-Ass 2, portrayed by Jim Carrey. Originally an ex-mob enforcer for Frank D'Amico, he reformed into a born-again Christian and founded the superhero team Justice Forever after being inspired by Kick-Ass. Leading a ragtag group of vigilantes, he is characterized by his camouflaged military uniform, patriotic persona, and the use of an empty gun for intimidation, along with a dog named Eisenhower.
