The Psychos serve as ferocious antagonists within the Borderlands video game series, representing deranged bandits obsessed with finding the Vault. Identified by their distinctive white masks adorned with the Vault symbol, these characters are known for wielding buzz-axes and grenades, serving as frontline attackers in hostile bandit groups. The origins of the Psychos can be traced back to a discovery made at the Headstone Mine, which drove many convict workers into insanity and physical mutation. Consequently, this led them to develop an intense obsession with the Vault.
